Payments and cancellation fees

1. You can pay with postal order and show the receipt or you can transfer the money from you bank account and keep the bank statement
2. If you cancel 1 month before start day you will receive 50% of total amount back
3. If you cancel two weeks before the start day you will receive 20% of total amount back.
4. If you cancel less than two weeks before the start day we will charge cancellation fee - 100% of the price.
5. The full fee will be returned only if the case when a "backup man" signs to a canceled term.
6. If you don't stay all days you paid no money is returned
7. At the end of the stay the vacationer is obliged to pay for the used electrocity and fee to municipal authorities Kovarov, pay all damages caused by the vacationer.

Extract from operation code

All people who are registered on accommodation card are obliged to respect the fire and safety rules and this code of behaviour:

1. The cottages must be hand over to caretaker by 12
2. At the end of the vacancy the cottages and caravans must be cleaned and all the equipment must be at its place.
3. All vacationers are obliged to keep the holiday resort area clean
4. All vacationers mustn't disturb other vacationers during night time - 10pm - 7am
5. Only heating devices ETAVIRA (placed in all cottages) are allowed to be used for heating the cottage.
